Swim Zone pools provide activities, classes and sessions for a range of ages and abilities: 

working out with weights in the water


Aquacise is a cardio workout ideal for muscle toning and fat burning without stress and impact on muscles and joints.
This is a low impact class catering for a wide range of abilities.
It is also suitable for beginners, rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.



Challenge yourself to HydroFit - a high energy class with motivated instructors and pumping music.



Active Health Card

If you suffer from ongoing joint or muscular pain, have a mental illness, are overweight, or currently pre or post natal then Active Health can help you.  Ask your doctor, nurse, midwife, physiotherapist, or Sport Waikato for a referral letter or Green Prescription and start enjoying exercise at a discounted rate.

Little Swimmer Sessions 


Little Swimmer sessions are a great way for under 5’s to develop water safety skills and a love for swimming in a safe environment.  No instructor and no pressure - just fun in the water with our instructional guides and toys.
