Aquacise
Aquacise is a cardio workout ideal for muscle toning and fat burning without stress and impact on muscles and joints. This is a low impact class catering for a wide range of abilities. It is also suitable for beginners, rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.
Classes are 45 minutes and run by a qualified instructor who will assist with motivation and technique.
