Aquacise is a cardio workout ideal for muscle toning and fat burning without stress and impact on muscles and joints. This is a low impact class catering for a wide range of abilities. It is also suitable for beginners, rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.
Hydrofit is a high energy class with motivated instructors and pumping music. Hydrofit is suitable for all levels of fitness as the water resistance allows you to work at your own level of intensity.
Classes are 45 minutes and run by an instructor who will assist with motivation and technique.
