Active Health Card

Make your health and wellbeing a priority with Active Health. Active Health is a membership available to Swim Zone customers referred by their healthcare practitioner for hydrotherapy.

Talk to your health professional about prescribing hydrotherapy for your health. This membership provides access for customers to exercise at a reduced rate during our normal opening hours.

Spa access (not including No.2 bath house) is included at Swim Zone Matamata and Te Aroha. Talk to one of our friendly Swim Zone team to request a referral letters to take to your health professional or download your active health form online here.

Active Health memberships expire 12 months from the date of the referral. Chose from either a standard admission or a 10, 20 or 30 swim concession rate.

Health professionals include: physiotherapists, doctors, midwives, chiropractors, and osteopaths.
